End of 2021

By | 27 December 2021

I can't believe 2021 is almost over. I just realized that my last post on the blog was on March 6, 2020. Wow, it's December 2021, and I haven't written in over a year. Is there nothing interesting to look forward to in 2021? It's not like that either; there were many events that occurred in 2021. So, why don't you write more often? The classic answer is that you don't have time!

Writing requires a high level of intention, aside from having something interesting to inspire the spirit to write itself. It takes the right momentum to start writing, as mentioned in the previous post on this blog. It's difficult to type if the timing is off.

This time, I won't go into detail about my motivation for writing; I've already covered that ground. I just want to recap what you might have missed in 2021. While it's still 2021, I've left traces of at least one or two posts here. Let's get started...

Seeking momentum to complete the task

By | 6 March 2020

Have you ever had a situation where it was extremely difficult to begin doing something, whether it was office work or simply cleaning the house? When I want to start working in an office, I frequently encounter situations like this. When I started typing, I felt really lazy and out of sorts; I wanted to do other things, like browse or play games. I frequently say that the momentum has not been gained.

This momentum refers to the intention to do so. But don't ask if the momentum is already there; the work won't feel right; it'll feel like you're working all the time and can't stop until you're exhausted. It's like a small child using a slingshot; the momentum is right when he pulls the slingshot. The stronger the pull, the more powerful and farther the throw. Similarly, if our intention when doing something is only half-measured, what we want from what we do will not be achieved or will take a long time to achieve.

Of course, the next question is how to generate that momentum. This is a difficult question to answer; only time will tell hehe... because it's difficult for me to get going. Typically, we gain momentum when there are other things we are still thinking about or work that has not been completed; in other words, what we are going to do is not our primary focus or priority at this time. My advice is to finish whatever is still standing in the way first, so that our work is prioritized. When we have nothing else to think about, we can concentrate more on our current task. It appears simple, but in practice it is difficult. You can't help but think about debt if you can't pay it :p

As I previously stated, once momentum has been established, it will be difficult to reverse. Try not to be like this; instead, allow some time for our brains and bodies to rest. When we use the forced labor model, we can complete the work faster, but the effect on our bodies is noticeable. Sure, you're tired, but keep in mind that tomorrow will bring another job. Don't get excited about working today because you'll fall the next day because you're tired.

Finally, forget about your work and enjoy your weekend ^^

Virus Protection àla Game

By | 6 March 2020

How is the start of 2020 treating you? As we all know, at the start of 2020, there were cases all over the world, especially if it wasn't the Corona Virus. Corona virus, also known as Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease), has spread throughout the world in the manner of disease outbreaks depicted in the films. This virus, which attacks the respiratory system, is very similar to the Influenza virus. I won't go into more detail about the Corona Virus here, but I will share some tips on how to deal with this type of virus attack, based on my own personal experience.

Flashbacks to the past, when I was still in high school. I recall having a cold one time, but it never went away. This cold lasted nearly 6 months, wow what a.. Then, in college, I had an old cold, but this time it was different because I took influenza medicine to get better quickly. Oh, and when I was in high school, I never took medicine because I thought it was a frivolous matter. During this college era, the medicine taken was also medicine that was freely available in stores, so it was not medicine from a doctor. Taking this medication has proven to be effective in the past. Taking this medicine three times a day, the cold gradually subsides in 3-5 days, according to experience.

When I started working, I saw a friend who had a cold and always brought something called Vitamin C, whether it was 1000 mg or 500 mg. From there, I began conducting scientific research and analysis on the connection between colds, Vitamin C, and cold medicine. How to investigate it, by contrasting the state of the body when fighting disease with computer games

Colds happen when your body's resistance is low. This condition is unavoidable. As an example, inside our bodies is a type of warrior, in this case antibodies, whose job it is to protect the body from enemy attacks, which can be viruses, bacteria, poison, and others. When the enemy attacks, one of two options is available:

  1. The first strategy is to arm our war soldiers with a variety of weapons. When we play this game, we upgrade our army, which can include armor, weapons, maximum health, maximum power, and so on. The upgrade here is analogous to taking a multivitamin to boost our power body resistance so that it can deal with diseases that enter the body more effectively. I usually take low-acid vitamin C three times a day when I start to feel the symptoms of a cold or cough, which are usually accompanied by throat discomfort. Because I have a history of stomach ulcers, taking vitamin C, which is actually acidic, is safer for me. This strategy relies on soldiers or antibodies in our own bodies to fight disease, so that they will be stronger and more trained when dealing with future diseases, if the term adds EXP in the game. The weakness of this strategy is that increasing EXP or the strength of the body's antibodies takes a long time and requires patience. However, when the body's antibodies are strong enough, it can fight disease. When I got a cold and only took vitamin C, it healed in 3-5 days and I was completely recovered in about a week.
  2. The second strategy is to bring in soldiers from other countries to assist our war soldiers in confronting their adversaries. Bringing in soldiers from other countries is akin to taking chemical drugs when we are sick. The advantage of this strategy is that enemies or diseases can be driven out more quickly and are said to be instantaneous, usually recovering within 1-2 days. Of course, this strategy has flaws, such as the fact that soldiers or antibodies in our bodies are not trained to fight incoming diseases and are instead accustomed to relying on the assistance of other soldiers or medicines taken. Of course, this is bad in the long run because our immune system is weak. Furthermore, relying on chemical drugs is harmful to organs such as the kidneys. We become more prone to disease.

That is the approach we can take when we are exposed to viral diseases such as coughs or colds. So, which option is the best? In my experience, try the first strategy, which is to take vitamins or herbal or medicinal herbs to boost immunity when you have flu-like symptoms. If it does not go away within three days, take chemical drugs. When I take medication, I usually don't follow the instructions, so if I'm supposed to drink it three times a day, I might only drink it once. If the pain persists, take the medication according to the package directions.

Why is it that when you have the flu, you don't just take medicine to get better? Yes, those are all options, but if your condition necessitates a quick recovery, then taking medicine right away is the best option. However, if the conditions are still possible, try to boost your body's resistance first by taking vitamins, herbs, or something else that allows your body to survive on its own against disease so that your body can become immune to that disease in the future. Increasing endurance is, in my opinion, the best option, especially during this Corona virus season. Take care of your diet, get enough rest, and exercise if you have time. Good luck trying to improve the abilities of your body's soldiers, okay?

Penugasan terakhir di Sulawesi Selatan

By | 22 February 2019

By | 21 February 2019

Semasa SD, pasti pernah punya buku merek SIDU yang dibawahnya ada moto atau kata mutiara. Salah satu kata mutiara itu adalah “Experience is the best teacher”.

So, cari pengalaman sebanyak-banyaknya, jangan pernah menyerah. Jangan takut gagal, dan jangan pernah puas atas keberhasilan yang kamu raih
